Do I keep my number?
Yes. Your existing line forwards to Callvale, either for all calls, after hours only, or when you do not answer.
What does it cost?
Starter is $297 a month and Growth is $497 a month, plus a one time $250 setup fee. Growth adds text back for early hang ups and day before reminders.
Is it suitable for medical records?
No. Callvale is not HIPAA compliant, so it should not be used to handle protected health information.
