Awareness Training
Security Awareness Training in Zimbabwe
Technology cannot stop every convincing message
A fake invoice, a payment change request that looks like it came from a supplier, a login page that copies your email provider. The person reading it is the last line of defence, and they deserve practical training rather than a lecture.
Phishing and fake invoices
How to spot the messages that cost businesses money, using realistic local examples.
Account takeover
How WhatsApp, social media and email accounts are taken over, and how to protect them.
Optional phishing simulation
A safe, agreed test email to see how the team responds, followed by a debrief, never to shame anyone.
In person or online
Sessions sized to your team, with time for questions.

Questions, answered
Is a phishing simulation fair on staff?
Only when it is agreed with management in advance, used to learn rather than to blame, and followed by a supportive debrief. It is optional.
Who is the training for?
Everyone who uses email, WhatsApp or business systems, from reception to the directors. Content is adjusted for the audience.
What do you need from us to start?
Rough team size, preferred format and dates, and the person in management who approves the plan.
Can it cover our data protection duties?
It can include how staff should handle personal information day to day. For a full review of your obligations, see data protection readiness.
